It arrived promptly. It was the right stuff. 5 out of 5 for that.
The grains in it are rather small - a lot would fall through any wire-mesh feeder - but I have just acquired a perspex RSPB feeder and it doesn't fall out. The food seems particularly attractive to sparrows.

Too much basic seed,Yorkshire birds are not keen,tend to leave a lot,except for the greedy woodpigeons

I offered sunflower hearts in my feeder for months and many species of birds loved them, including goldfinches and siskins. But when I decided to save a bit of money (it is a recession you know) and changed to the Chapelwood mix they all turned their beaks up and ignored it completely! Definitely won't buy this again but will offer it mixed into home-made suet/dripping/lard balls and hope that tempts my lovely birds back.
